Once apon a lunchtime I went to Geronimo Southwestern Grill and had a delicious meal. I ordered an Apache BLT and this was no regular deli BLT (bacon, lettuce & tomato), this sandwich included (apart from the obvious contents) avocado, brown sugar cured bacon, pico de gallo, arugula, chipolte aioli on foccacia bread.It was also served with crispy sweet potato fries.
